By engaging LAS Painting Services ("we", "our", "us") for painting and decorating work, you ("client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services provided.

2. Services Provided

LAS Painting Services provides professional painting and decorating services including:

• Interior painting and decorating
• Exterior painting (low level only)
• Surface preparation and finishing
• Material supply and application

3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days
• Quotes are based on the scope of work discussed during consultation
• Any changes to the agreed scope may result in additional charges
• Payment terms will be agreed upon before work commences
• Final payment is due upon completion of work

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to work areas
• Remove or protect personal belongings as advised
• Ensure pets are secured during work hours
• Provide accurate information about the property and any special requirements
• Make agreed payments according to the schedule

6. Insurance and Liability

• LAS Painting Services carries full public liability insurance
• Insurance details available upon request
• We are not liable for damage to items not properly protected or moved as advised

7. Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 12 months from completion, covering:

• Defects in application or finish
• Premature failure due to poor workmanship

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from external factors, or client modifications.

8. Cancellation and Changes

• Work already commenced will be charged pro-rata
• Materials purchased specifically for your project may be charged
• Changes to scope during work may incur additional costs

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, illness, or supplier delays.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:

• Initial discussion to reach amicable resolution
• Mediation if required
• UK courts have jurisdiction for any legal proceedings
